Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

If a person was given a Notice to Appear in court for sleeping in a tent on the beach in Jacksonville Florida a year and a month ago, how can the person manage it? Can the person manage it without mangaging it in Florida? The notice said that a warrant would be issued if the person didn't appear in court. The person had some problems and moved to Rhode Island and didn't go to court in Florida. Can it be paid at a court or police station in Rhode Island, or Massachusetts with Rhode Island citizenship? There is no fee on the Notice to Appear, it is a Notice to Appear and not a ticket. The fine isn't written on it. They would've said what the fine is in court. Please say how to manage this. It is the first Notice to Appear in court, and there were no other Notices to Appear, and there were no traffic tickets, and there were no other problems with the law. It is the Notice to Appear in court for sleeping in a tent on the beach, and it was more than a year. The Notice to Appear said

SECITON 14-7(1)(a), provided against camping. 32202 is th zipcode in Florida.

This sounds like a local ordinance violation. You need to contact the clerk and tell them your situation. While they can't do anything about the warrant, they might be willing to set up a hearing with the judge or appoint a public defender. Otherwise, you should contact an attorney in Jacksonville to deal with the case.
