Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
please help!
I have this problem I sold a truck to somebody but I didn't make him sign any papers until the truck was paid, he got into an accident and the car he hit is suing me,bacause I the truck was still on my name, the driver of the truck got a lawyer who cleaned him but not me and now I've got my license suspended. what can I do?

Better get a lawyer first to defend against the suit and then see about getting your license restored----if you manage to win the case.
