Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If i get stopped for a traffic viiolation and i have a open beer,but pass the breath test will i get any points on my drivers license because of the open container in my car

If you were the driver, then it is a moving violation and thus subject to points. Either hire an attorney, or elect the school.
