Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I have a suspended license. I am in Brooksville Fl. I never drive, but i did today to run a small errand. I had my 3 children in the car with me. The officer said I had SIX suspensions and the only reason he did not arrest me is b/c of my kids. He gave me a day to appear in court. Am I looking at jail time? I have never had any legal trouble other than my license. I am scared to death for my kids...my baby is still breastfed! Do I need a lawyer? I do not know if I can afford one :(
