Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Hi, I have had a suspended license for over 5 years now beacause I couldnt afford to pay the $2000 in tickets I received. I tried setting a motion and resetting it for court, but they told me I still had to pay. I was doing the Drive Legal program but didnt complete the community hours in time and now they wont allow me to go back in the program.

My question is this- If I go on a payment plan thru the courts, will I be able to get my license reinstated while I'm making the payments or do I have to wait till I finish making the payments to start to drive again? And what are the steps to get my license cleared to drive to atleast work and school while its still suspended? Thank you very much for taking time to read my question and for your assistance. Have a great day!

If the courts will allow you to make payments then yes you should be able to get your license reinstated. Of course, it may be resuspended due to points, but one step at a time.
