Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Traffic Law

My boyfriend was caught in two counties with driving with a suspended licence. He was on Probation in another county. One county wants to give him 90 days for VOP- and one county want to give him 30days and the other wants to give him 60 days. What can we do to get this run concurrently?

Ask. Most judges are pretty reasonable about allowing concurrent sentences.

Re: Traffic Law

I would hire an attorney who can broker the deal between the 2 prosecutors.

There may also be legal issues which could result in a dismissal of one or both cases.

You must also make sure that resolving these DWLS charges doesn't result in your husband losing his license for 5 years as a habitual traffic offender.

What two counties are we talking about?

Give me a ring if you would like to discuss further.
