Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Traffic Law matter - What would happen if someone has a valid license with a P restriction, and the owner of the car the person had previously been driving with the ignition interlock has it removed, the person has not yet purchased a new car to have the device installed, but has to drive a friends car temporarily for work purposes, and that person were to get stopped by the police? What violation of law under Florida statutes would apply? Certainly not DWLSR, correct?

Not DWLSR, but driving in violation of your restricted license. You're restricted to driving a vehicle with the interlock; similar to driving without your glasses when required or driving a motorcycle without an endorsement. This is a criminal offense punishable by up to 60 days jail. Can't think of the statute off the top of my head but it is in Chapter 322 of the Florida Statutes.
