afraid of losing my belongings because of death

If i live with a person that dies, (father) will my belonging become part of his estate??What do i do to keep this from happening?

A. Clearly mark your belongings with your initials

or SS# or other identifying mark. Your father's

estate does NOT include your property or assets.

You need to be able to show the item is yours and

not your fathers.

In addition to marking the possession that are yours I would

recommend that you and your father have a will made.

A simple will would suffice and could help clear up

any misunderstandings of what propety belongs to
