Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have an attorney and I've been told he's going through the numbers of the Estate for the business. I have ask just to see a Judge, because I believe it is a take over of the company. Do I have the right to see the Judge? I've ask to be bought out and I'm being told, they are preparing papers for the sale. I don't believe anything I'm being told. What options do I have? Others in the company are selling their shares. I am the only one not buying shares and I am asking for my percent. Can the Personal Rep. take out a second mortgage to buy me out? What can be the hold up? I really just want to see the Judge right now. Why can't my attorney just get me to the Judge? I want someone to see the theivery and lying and someone that's not got their hand in my wallet to give me an answer to all the mess. So am I allowed to see a Judge now, by request of my attorney? Thanks A Million! SS

No. You have an attorney to represent you. Don't like him, get another one.
