Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My aunt has sent me a copy of her warranty deed. It has been recorded at the county clerk office in Marion 'county.Her grandson and I are the grantees. My question is this: Now that it is filed and recorded at the clerk's office can she change it again and name different grantees?

Not unless she reserved the right within the deed.
