what happens to the bank account that I have signature on with my mother when she dies and the trust takes over?

It will depend on what the trust says about the administration of you of you moms finances.Thats a good reason to review these issues now while your mom is in good heath and could change her plans to make it more realistic to work later. I am working eith clients with these estate planning issues now to avoid any problems later.
