Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Bank Accounts

My dad died recently - a personal representative was appointed - I have been told by several people that he should close out the bank accounts of our dad and set them up elsewhere - not to be paranoid, but SO many people have told us horror stories of people getting things that don't belong to them or seizing accounts and we don't want that.

Us 3 kids want the same thing in all of this - to take care of what needs to be.
