His pension, his life insurance policy? his social security?? what dose she need to do to claim what is hers, she speaks english but the husbands family is trying to confuse her and do things behind her back because they know that they have the upper hand because she dosent understand things as well as she would if it was in her own language. Tell her to run to the nearest Probate Attorney and get her case on file with Probate. Does not matter that she has a green card. She was married to a US citizen and is legal to stay and has a daughter. Yes she will get his social security and social security for the daughter . If I can be of assistance, please contact my office for an appointment. 904-997-1031
