Car title
I know someone and had been helping him and taking care of him. He is in the hospital and does not look like he will live.
He had always said that I could have his car and that the car was ''ours''. I have the title to the car and the keys. I live in the state of FL.
Can I take possition of the car? He has sons and they want everything.
He has no will.

You are not a family member and so without a will that leaves you property you would have not right to take anything.
