Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can you contest a will in Florida 6 years later. New evidence was recently discovered pertaining to the wishes of the deceased. The original will was drafted when deased was lying in hospital bed.

This is not a yes or no question. YOu need to speak to a litigation probate attorney. Will contests usually run two years after beginning probate. However, there are other things that would come into play.
