FACTS: Lease two automobiles.

Q. When I die, are the contracts terminated?

A. Without reading the leases, my best guess would be PROBABLY NOT. Your estate would likely be liable.

I doubt any Florida attorney will give you an opinion of what effect your death would have on a contract you signed without reading the contract itself very carefully. If this question is important to you, take the documents to an attorney for an opinion.
