Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

deadbeat dad is dead

my father recently passed away. in 1993 he inherited

his mothers house in florida where he resides. in 1993

he advised me that he was leaving me as representative of his estate. He would leave the property in a life estate to his companion and upon her death it would be returned to his natural heirs.

later in 1996 he showed me the will that stated all of this. i recently found out he made a few other wills. his companion claims to have the latest will

which names her and only her at the sole person

to inherit his home. since my father never paid child support for five children can his estate be sued

for back payments, abandonment and/or mental abuse.
