Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

What is the difference between a Will Estate-CPA Attorney, and A Fraud Attorney? Does one usually call another, once they have a fraud case?

Are they specialized separate fields, like doctors?

Yes, lawyers are like doctors, they all go to law school and have to pass the Bar, but each attorney specializes and just because an attorney creates wills or estate planning documents doesn't mean that he or she the talent or skill to litigate a probate case if fraud or undue influence is an issue. You should looks for a probate litigation attorney and make sure they have gone to trial on your issues.
