Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My elderly parents have a trust in which they are co-trustee. My 2 sisters and I are beneficiaries. One sister wants to be named a co-successor trustee when one parent passes. If they do that can she take the other siblings out of the trust?

Probably not, but it will depend on the trust documents. I would be happy to review them for you and answer your questions.

Not unless the Grantors (your parents) gave the trustee the power to do so. Also, you don't mention if it is a revocable or irrevocable trust. You really need someone to review the trust to give you a proper answer.
