Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Am I entitled to all Rental Income on my Life Estate Property. I could not live there after my husband died, so I rented it out. Please confirm that the Life Estate is entitled to all Rental Income on the Property where she holds the Life Estate.

All other things being equal, the answer to your question is, "Yes, you are entitled to rental income on your life estate property." However, I don't know if there is a mortgage on the property and if you or the remaindermen are paying the mortgage (if there is one), and who is paying other expenses related to the property. Without knowing all the details no definitive answer can be given to this question.
