If someone was the executor to an estate and did not give a benefactor what he was entitled to what is the law and how would he go about getting?

Under Ch. 733, an executor is liable to beneficiaries for breach of his fiduciary duty in carrying out the mandates of the estate. A beneficiary can bring a lawsuit against an executor for damages arising out of the breach of fiduciary duty.
