Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father passed away on the 1st of August. My grandmother (Fathers mother) and my aunt (fathers sister) are trying to prevent me from getting my inheritance. My father left behind coins, stamps and tools. I am afraid they will try and hide everything. there is no way for me to prove that any of this exist other than my wife saw everything. do I have any real recourse or is it all pretty much gone? He left no will, he was not married and I am his only son.

Sorry for your loss. Get an attorney involved sooner than later. Marshaling the assets is the role of the personal representative. If there is a will that needs to be probated. If not, then the property goes intestacy and you have a priority to the inheritance.
