Wills are only "filed" (deposited) with the court when probate takes place. Without having further details, it is impossible to answer your question. Please feel free to contact me directly via email or phone for further assistance in answering your question.

You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

I am not sure where your question originates from. In Florida, wills are never recorded by the Clerk of the Court (or anyone). A title company has no involvment with wills or the probate of an estate.

Do you mean a title or deed to real property?
