Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Florida resident will leave all to his surviving spouse. Will my credit card debt be my wife's responsibility? The cards were issued to me, with no cosigner. She has received

2 duplicate cards , which she never used. Most of my estate will not go into probate , as the house, and all bank accounts ; life insurance are joint, or have her as beneficiary.

She wont be responsible for the debt she never agreed to assume, but your Estate and whatever is part of it will be subject to that debt before it can transferred to her as your heir. seek legal guidance on specific assets or any Estate planning so you can be sure that your wishes are honored
