What happens when fraud has been committed during a will by the PR and your attorney has told you so? What does the Bar do once proven ? Thanks A Million. CC

1. Statement does not make much sense. "During a will by the PR" during administration by a PR? If so, it should be brought to the Court's attention immediately.

2. Is the PR an attorney? If so, a complaint can be filed with the Florida Bar.

3. If the PR is an attorney and your attorney knoew of the "fraud" he has an obligation to report it to the Florida Bar also.

4. Many potential sanctions are available to the Bar if breaches of fuduciary duty have occurred.
