Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

If the Government is involved in transferring real property illegally right after someone has passed away, is there a statue for criminal fraud or any statue, if so, what statue? The transfer was our fathers' solar farm, it transferred illegal. I would like to find some help.

Only the owner of property can transfer it. Not sure how the government transferred it or what government you mean. you need to seek attorney help with the actual details.

There is such a thing as property escheating to the government but is normally only done after abandonment, meaning notice was provided to the rightful beneficiaries of your father's estate. You should see an attorney to get this sorted out and see what your rights are going forward. Hope this helps.
