i hava a situation concerning quit claim, my father signed over his rights as an heir of any part of 16 acres and the quit claim deed reads" he gave up his interest and his heirs right to the property " does this includes my other siblings has given up their interest to?

No. Your Fathers heirs would be his decendants. That would be his wife and children. If it was a quit claim deed he can only give away or forever bar only his share, not any of the others.

this will put a cloud on the title - this is not how a quit claim deed should be drawn, Have an attorney review it. I agree with Ms. Buchanan - he can not deed away anyone's rights but his own but this only clouds the title and could be read several ways.

The entire document needs to be reviewed. Who did he transfer the interest that he had to? He obviously only affected his interest and any of his descendants not his siblings.
