Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my husband owned a home when we got married it is not worth what he purchased it for am I responable for it if he dies? Will insurance polices in my name and his adult children be held if I were to walk away from the home, upon his death?

It depends on how the property is titled. The insurance policies should have nothing to do with the home. You should contact an estate planning attorney to answer all of your questions and prepare any documents that either of you may need. Regards,
