Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

inhertance by step children

My stepfather passed away on Friday. My sister and I were named in his will before and after our mother passed away. He has been our step parent for the past 22 years. A year and a half ago a women started taking care of him due to his failing health. Since we reside in Maryland we were happy someone was there for him. During that period he made her sole beneficiary to his estate. The lawyer who drew up both wills said he would testify the there was undo influence. What legal rights do we have as stepchildren? As of today she won't let have the body to take home so we can have a funeral.
