Living together

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years. We have a trailer together and vehicles. All in his name. if he passes how do i protect myself and not loose all of our possessions to his sister.?

You can't.

If the property is in his name it will pass according to his will. If he has no will, it goes to his children first and, if none, to his parents, and then, if none, to his brothers and sisters. You have no rights.

Get property in your name or at least jointly held.

Get a will for him.

Better yet, if the property is bought with your momey, put the property in your name, not his.
