My mother passed away last November and she has no estate . Do I need to file her taxes?

The answer depends on her income last year. If less than $6,000, no.

Sorry for your loss. Answer above is accurate. I write only to point out that you have concluded she has no "estate" without clarifying it. Did she actually have no assets in her name alone? Be sure, otherwise a probate Estate may be needed to clear title.
