Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Trying to keep my passing simple. If an annuity says estate of etc, in beneficiary, does this has to go to probate. All other possessions have myself and wile co owners.

It shouldn't. An annuity goes to the named beneficiary.

Seek legal guidance. Annuities can be payable to an Estate but that essentially requires probate for that asset.
