The person with the Life Estate in a property,which has been Quit Claimed to 3 daughters, equally, has passed. When does the property become legally theirs?

Your question has insufficient facts. If the life estate tenant passes, the property legal title passes to the remainderman upon death. it becomes legally theirs at that moment in time. What was quit claimed? And by whom? Seek legal advice with all your paperwork
