Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am placing a second home I own on short sale. Can lenders come after me for the difference not reimbursed after closing or after my husband since he was not on any of the loans? The home is in Florida.

Yes, so you should ask for a deficiency waiver. If your husband did not sign the note or mortgage, he may not be liable for any deficiency. I recommend that you contact an attorney for help.
