Power of Attorney Forms

There are forms on this site for POA's, do I still need an attorney for this to be valid, or is a Notary sufficient?

Re: Power of Attorney Forms

An attorney is not required for a POA. If substantial revision to the form is necessary to express your wishes, you are advised to consult with an attorney. The POA should be notarized.
