Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can the PR be made to buy out my portion of the estate, if I am asking to sell or

does the PR sell the estate? I'd like bought out and the PR is dragging everything on and on. I have an Attorney, what are my options to speed the process?

Thanks A Million! SS

will and his fiduciary responsibility under state law. Probate often requires time. If

you have an attorney, discuss such matters with your attorney.
