Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I was in a probate court, the other attorney wanted to prove my mother was of sound mind when she did a will, I lived with my mother first I did not know about the will until 25 years later, out of eight children she left what she thought she had to my oldest brother. My brother borrowed money on my mother property in 1976 anth property was in foreclosure I redeem the property but later founded out the clerk in the courthouse forgot toput the deed in my name but was listed on owner the deed was never mail to me, which I never noticed until I was receive papers from a lawyer 35 yaers later the court took the property from me and refuse to pay for what I redeem it for plus tax. I purchased the property in 1977, and paid taxex for 35 years, and that is when the children of my brother took the will to courthouse and put against my property, I was owner from 1977 til 2012 when we went to court. The attorney I had did not assist me well, what do I do?
