Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can you register an RV after a year of purchuse? My mother inlaw gave the title of her RV to my husband and signed a sale agreement of selling the RV to us for $500.00. She passed away last year in July. The RV is in a storage place since and he never registered it under his name. Is it to late to do so?

Is the RV with an old expired registration at this point? Frankly, I think you can try to apply for a new registration and pay for the fees that go with it. You can let them know that the RV was in storage all this time and was never since its purchase used. They may charge you back taxes for the unregistered period. It varies from one DMV office to another.
