Revocation of Power of Attorney

What is the proper way to rescind a previously signed Power of Attorney, other than signing a new Power of Attorney?

Re: Revocation of Power of Attorney

Provide a notice of revocation, describing therein the original power, named attorney in fact, date signed, ets. to ALL persons who the former attorney in fact might approach with the old power. We don't recommend giving people powers of attorney except under the most severe need circumstance.
