State of fl - My Moms CD, checking & saving account listed "in trust for" me, did not have the beneficiary lines listing anyone. Does that mean I get funds in trust for me-100% or does funds have to be probated per moms will?

If a bank account reads Mom, ITF You, then upon Mom's demise You gets it without probate and the Will does not control. This type of account is also called a Totten Trust, or a :Poor Man's Will.
