Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can my step-father sell a life trust home without signatures?

My mother passed five years ago without a will. Her home was in her name only. I'm one of five of mothers biological children. Step-father is selling home that hes in as life trust. Can he sell without our (heir) signatures?
