Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My Trustees are not investing properly. My portfolio has been on a steady decline since 2008. I need an Attorney that is not afraid of going up against a Trust for Incompetency. They are not doing anything within my account, its been dormant, very few monthly transactions. The Trust is located in Concord, NH. I live in Sarasota, FL so I don't have any access with meeting Attorneys. Does any Attorney have big enough balls to battle with a Trust Company. The NH Trust Laws need to be brought up to date.
