Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Which type of administration is needed?

My mother died recently and has no money. She only has a homestead property. I tried to file a Pet.to Determine homestead but they said I have to file it with an administration. Formal does not apply, Summary does not apply because I don't have paid hospital bills(according to the Probate office) and I can not and should not have to pay her bills.

Disp. w/o Admin they told me is only to get money to pay her bills not to transfer real property. What do I need to file? Do I have to pay her bills just to get the property transferred? I need help quick but have no money and I am stuckpaying her mortgage too! Help.

The answser depends on whether there is a will and the value of property. You should be using an attorney. Good luck.
