When transferring full time residency from WI to FL, are wills and trusts made in WI valid in FL or must new wills and trusts be made?

Re: Validity of wills from WI to FL

It would be best for you to have your will and trust reviewed. Laws vary from state to state as to the legal requirements for execution of these documents. However, I always suggest that wills and trusts be re-drafted when someone moves, divorces, new assets are acquired or other important changes have occurred. You want to be sure that these documents are not only executed properly in accordance with Florida Law but that they are accurate as well. I would happy to review your documents at no charge to you.
