Waiver of accounting

What is a waiver of accounting and if I sign it am I giving up what I may be entitled to?

Re: Waiver of accounting

A waiver of accounting is a statement to the court that you do not wish to se the accounting of the Estate. It usually does not preclude you from receiving any benefits. If you think there are any problems with the accounting of the Estate you should not waive it.
