Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I am looking for a will
Before my grandmother past away she said she had a will.When she past away I was told she didn't have a will.Is there a way to determine if she ever had a will?She died in the state of Florida but she was originally from Massachusetts.

The research is very easy which you can do on your own. You will need to contact the Circuit Court, Probate Division in the county where your grandmother resided. They will let you know if a Will was filed for her. If filed, you can request a copy of it.

You should retain an attorney to conduct a will search in the area she lived
