Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
According to her will, my inheritance from my mother is going to be handled by a bank. what are the guidelines for how and when they disperse the money. What fees do they charge?

Guidelines are per state statutes. Fees as personal representative is also by state statute, basically 3%.
