Is a will prepared while married still valid after a divorce?

The Will be read as if the divorced spouse has predeceased the Testator. I would recommend you sit down with an attorney, because you may have life insurance policies with the ex spouse as the beneficiary that may need to be changed and a new Will may be a good idea.

Yes. However, it will be read as if your spouse predeceases you. If you want to include her, or if you are required to include her, you need a new Will or a Codicil to your Will.
