Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

wills and trusts

my late wife's mother just passed away, she was living off a trust established by my wife by her biological father. my wifes mother remarried and had another daughter by another man who has since passed. the trust was set up to take care of my wife as a child and later as an adult unfortunatly her mother was the person in charge of that trust and my wife never saw anything. now with my wifes mother passing the very large estate is willed to the other daughter leaving my our children out and specficaly excluding them from the will. I would like to contest for them but just don't want to throw the money away if there is no hope.

I have to agree with Mr. Slater. If this is a Maryland trust and you wish to have it reviewed, call if I can be of assistance.
