Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

The paper I'm referring to is a notice of petetion to withdraw from my case do to irreconcilable differences and the lean for cost is included but doesn't have an amount. He really didn't do much went to mediation and had no idea what was in paperwork/medical records I had supplied him! Mediator and I went over the important poins in records as he sat there! He represents Morgan and Morgan. He never sent for not one report if I hadn't obtained my own he would hAve shown up with nothing! Mediator did comment to him about being more prepared. But doesn't help me in the last hour. I have learned more from you. And I really thank you for that
